Refund Policy
Policies for SecureRepos accounts, GitHub App access, billing, repository scanning, privacy, and support.
1. Digital Service Refund Policy
SecureRepos is a digital SaaS product operated by Secure Repos. Once an account is activated and service access is delivered, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by support.
2. Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To request review, contact [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, transaction reference if available, and reason for the request.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support as soon as possible. Confirmed duplicate charges or billing errors may be corrected to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel during the Security Preview to prevent the first paid charge, subject to the cancellation status shown by Paddle. After paid billing begins, cancellation stops future renewal according to the selected checkout terms. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges, partial billing periods, or unused repository capacity.
5. Plan Changes and Access
Changing or cancelling a plan may affect repository limits, scans, and access to account features. We may retain certain records for audit, billing, dispute, and legal purposes.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. We may provide account, checkout, access, and usage records to payment processors or banks to respond to disputes.
